It used to log my activities ritually when I was first diagnosed, and I did it for one month to detect patterns in my pain for the first few years. But now that I've had this disease for 17 years, I only track once a year. It's always a good idea to document what's going on if your pain and or activities and food choices have changed.
This journal is the one I've used to log my own issues, and I'd like to share it with all of you. This is a free download, and I do not collect your email address when you download the journal because I don't have a dedicated newsletter for my fibro books.
