I was given a copy in exchange for an honest review. This is a very informative and fascinating book! The research is very extensive. This book is a good read for Fibro sufferers, but because there is a lot of information, I do suggest reading it on days when you have less Fibro Fog. I was in a flare for quite some time and there were foggy days that prevented me from reading. Other than that-- it was great!
