Apple and Panko Stuffed Pork Chops

These babies were a new creation of mine. These are the uncooked version, and unfortunately, I don't have a picture of the cooked version because they are all gone!
Ingredients:
5 Boneless Center Cut Pork Chops
1 and 1/2 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
2 Ribs of Celery, chopped
1 Large Pink Lady Apple, sliced
1 tsp of Onion Powder
1 tsp of Sea Salt
1/8 tsp of Ground Pepper
1 and 1/2 cups of Chicken Broth
Method:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a mixing bowl, mix the panko, apples, celery, onion powder, sea salt, ground pepper, and chicken broth until well blended and thoroughly moist. Place a small layer of the mixture into the baking pan and then place one chop over it. Next place a small layer of the mixture over the top of the chop. Repeat for the remaining chops. Place in oven uncovered for 30-40 minutes, or until the pork's juices run clear and the pork is no longer pink.
Enjoy!
Stay fabulous!
Love and friendship,
Kimberley
