Voices of Fibromyalgia

I subscribe to many different newsletters containing tons of information on health because I'm always on the lookout for things that might help all of you who have Fibromyalgia.  One of the newsletters I subscribe to is called the Fibro Daily and it's made up of many guest posters.

Today's edition had a video that touched me and I just have to share it.  The woman in the video shows exactly what happens to a sufferer during flares right down to how our kitchen may look.  I know mine looks like crap today and it will probably look like that all week because I have a flare due to the weather, but it might not be what you think.  More on that tomorrow.  I hope you enjoy this video that truly puts a face to this invisible disease.

Stay fabulous!
Love and friendship,

Kimberley

Thank you for creating this video. I was diagnosed with FMS a year ago. I am sharing it with friends and family to hopefully help them understand what it is we go through and why I can't do things like I used to.

Well thank you for the wonderful compliment but I am not the creator of this video, I'm merely sharing it. But you are right-- it's an awesome video!

Hi, I'm a hsp person and have symptoms of fibromyalgia. In my blog (link below) I have an article about the sinuses. Is it also a symptom of fibromyalgia? Thanx for viewing it!
